| The Planning and Zoning Commission is an advisory Board to the City Council which serves to ensure that the principles set forth in the City's Development Ordinances are implemented as they review each project. The Commission has the authority to review plats within the City. Likewise, the Commission will review matters related to the Zoning process once it is adopted. |
