Purpose
The Wastewater Treatment Department collects sewage and sends it through a rigorous treatment process governed by the Environmental Protection Agency.
Other Duties
In addition to collection treatment, the waste water department also maintains all the sewer lines within the city. Blockages, line repairs, lift station maintenance and implementing preventative maintenance are all duties of this department.
