Year End Budget Amendments #22-10, #22-12, #22-13, #22-14, #22-15 for Fiscal Year 2021-2022.

ITEM #2: Discuss/Act on approval of payment to Bank of Oklahoma in the amount of $40,287.00 for 2015 Note Series monthly payment.

ITEM #3: Discuss/Act on approval of payment to AEP/PSO in the amount of $27,475.05.

ITEM #4: Discuss/Act to approve Henryetta Economic Development Authority (HEDA) Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Budget.

ITEM #5: Discuss/Act on request by Shannon Friar to use the City lots behind O’Reilly’s for the Henryetta Labor Day Carnival for the dates of September 1st through the 5th, 2022.

ITEM #6: Discuss/Act on request by Stacey Blanchett (American Exchange Bank) to use Nichols Park on September 3, 2022 to host the annual Red, White & Q BBQ competition.

ITEM #7: Discuss/Act on approval of Resolution No. 1285 (Section 3 Plan Resolution) Whereas, The City of Henryetta has been awarded a contract from the Oklahoma Department of Commerce (Contract #18502). The City of Henryetta is required by the Oklahoma Department of Commerce and Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development of 1968 to adopt a Section 3 Plan.
