ITEM #2: Discuss/Act on approval of payment to Bank of Oklahoma in the amount of $40,238.43 for 2015 Note Series monthly payment.

ITEM #3: Discuss/Act on approval of payment to AEP/PSO in the amount of $27,878.86.

ITEM #4: Discuss/Act on retirement of K-9 Officer (Malo) and presentation of plaque.

ITEM #5: Discuss/Act on declaring K-9 Officer Malo as surplus.

ITEM #6: Discuss/Act on adoption of K-9 Officer Malo to Officer Theran Richards pursuant to statute guidelines.

ITEM #10: Discuss/Act on approval of Resolution No. 1287 A Resolution Authorizing The Acceptance of Credit Cards For The Payment of Henryetta Municipal Authority Utility Bills And Henryetta Municipal Court Fines And Fees; And Establishing the fee For the Costs Of The Transactions.

ITEM #11: Discuss/Act to appoint Lori Enis to Henryetta Library Board to finish out the term of Nora Donathan (Member at Large) which will expire March, 2026.

ITEM #12: Discuss/Act on request by Katie Thompson (McIntosh Tumbling) to use old Save-A-Lot parking lot on November 12th, 2022 to do a food drive in Henryetta to fill baskets for Thanksgiving.

ITEM #13: Discuss/Act on request by Mike Doak (Henryetta Historical Society) to waive deposit and rental fees for use of Civic Center on November 12, 2022 for an annual Founder’s Day Dinner.

ITEM #14: Discuss/Act to purchase material for Beach House roof repairs from Wheeler Metals.

ITEM #15: Discuss/Act to close/vacate the following easements:

A strip of land 50 feet in width in the SW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 7, Township 11 North, Range 13 East, the center line of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point of the East Boundary of said SW1/4 SE ¼ 422.20 feet South of the Northeast corner thereof, thence in a Northwesterly direction to a point of the North boundary of said SW1/4 SE1/4 380.66 feet West of the Northeast corner thereof.

A strip of land 25 feet in width in the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW1/4 SE1/4) of Section Seven (7), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Thirteen (13) East, the center line of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the South boundary of said NW1/4 SE1/4 380.66 feet West of the Southeast corner thereof, thence in a Northwesterly direction to a point in the said NW1/4 SE1/4, said point being 210.00 feet East and 513.96 feet South of the Northwest corner of said NW1/4 SE1/4.

A part and parcel of the NW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 7, Township 11 North, Range 13 East, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the South Right-of-Way line of Trudgeon Road at its intersection with the East Right-of-Way line of U.S. Highway 75; thence East along the South Right-of-Way line of said Trudgeon Road a distance of 30 feet; thence Southerly on a line parallel to and 39 feet Easterly of the East Right-of-Way line of U.S. Highway No. 75 to a point 785 feet South of the Center line of Trudgeon Road; thence West 30 feet to the East Right-of-Way line of U.S. Highway No. 75; thence North along the East Right-of-Way line of said U.S. Highway No. 75 to the point of beginning.

A part of the Northwest One-Quarter (NW1/4) of the Southeast One-Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Seven (7), Township eleven (11) North, range Thirteen (13) East, the center line of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point 25 feet South of Henryetta Main Street Center Line extended East and distance of 150 Feet East of U.S. Highway 75 Center Line or East Right-of-Way-Line of Highway, or a distance of 735.3 Feet South and 802 Feet East of Center of said Section Seven (7), thence South 113.25 Feet along said East Highway Right-of-Way Line; thence East 150 Feet; thence North 83.32 Feet to South Right-of-Way Line of County Road; thence West-Northwest along said South Right-of-Way Line 136.13 Feet; thence West along said South Right-of-Way Line 17.2 feet to Point of Beginning (containing .34 acre, more or less)
