CONFIRMATION OF PROPER NOTICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OKLAHOMA OPEN MEETING ACT, DETERMINATION OF A QUORUM, AND CALL TO ORDER.


Discuss/Act on the minutes of the Regular Meeting held October 11 2022.

Discuss/Act on the October 2022 Financial Report.

Discuss/Act to accept an offer by Andrew Benson of $ 25.000.00 for the southernmost 7.66 acres of the available Commercial Development property south of the 237 exit on Bryant Road. This Item was Tabled at the October meeting; the Trustees need more information from Mr Benson regarding his building plans and timeline.

Discuss/Act on the final phase of the property at 419 West Trudgeon to be a functional public parking lot; this Item was Tabled at the July 2022 Regular meeting.

Discuss/Act on Reimbursement of Shoney’s Sales Tax for the period of July 01 2022 thru September 30 2022 in the amount of $12,216.48.

Discuss/Act on the November 22, 2022 Maturity Notice of Certificate of Deposit No 79864. For Renewal, current rates are as follows:

Financial Institution A. 1.75 percent (12 Month Certificate)
Financial Institution B. 2.55 percent (12 Month Certificate)
Financial Institution C. 3.25 percent (12 Month Certificate), or
3.50 percent (24 Month Certificate)

City Projects Report by Ron Casey, Public Works Director.

Proposed Executive Session as authorized by Title 25 O.S. (C)(9) to allow the Board to convene in Executive Session to discuss/review Henryetta’s housing plans.

Discussion and possible action to convene in Executive Session.
