ITEM #2:Discuss/Act on approval of payment to Bank of Oklahoma in the amount of $41,216.67 for 2015 Note Series monthly payment.

ITEM #3: Discuss/Act on approval of payment to AEP/PSO in the amount of $29,798.73.

ITEM #4: Discuss/Act on City Manager’s Report.

ITEM #5: Discuss/Act on allowing public comments at meetings and discussion among Council Members.

ITEM #6: Discuss/Act on creating a Comp Time Policy for Firemen, Police Officers and any City employee who qualifies for overtime.

ITEM #7: Discuss/Act on creating a Parks and Recreation Board.

ITEM #11: Discuss/Act to allow American Exchange Bank to use Nichols Park on October 4th and 5th of 2024 for a Red, White & Q (KCBS sponsored) Backyard BBQ Contest, along with a fall festival. 

ITEM #12: Discuss/Act on approval to purchase (1) AMKUS, IC75OLB Cutter (2) ITR500LB Telescoping Ram (3) 1S320LB Spreader (4) KS0029 KIT Extended Tips - from Davenport Fire Equipment Sales, LLC in the amount of $35,185.00 for Henryetta Fire Department. 

ITEM #13: Discuss/Act on approval to purchase and install a Legacy 2/13-E3 6000 psi , three phase breathing air compressor from Banner Fire Equipment, Inc. in the amount of $31,606.77 for Henryetta Fire Department.

ITEM #14: Discuss/Act on entering into Executive Session under 25 O.S. Section 307(B) (1) for the purpose of discussing the employment, hiring, appointment of a City Manager or Acting City Manager due to the retirement of the present City Manager effective August 31, 2023.

ITEM #15: Discuss/Act to reconvene into Regular Session.

ITEM #16: Discuss/Act on any action to be taken on matters discussed in Executive Session.
