ITEM #4: Discuss/Act on approval to purchase bulk order of electronic AMR digital water meters from Core and Main in the amount of $72,987.00.  (To be reimbursed from REAP Grant)

ITEM #5: Discuss/Act to approve authorization to advertise for bids for the Fourth Street Pump Station Project.
