ITEM #2:Discuss/Act on approval of payment to Bank of Oklahoma in the amount of $40,528.66 for 2015 Note Series monthly payment.

ITEM #3: Discuss/Act on approval of payment to AEP/PSO in the amount of $29,359.40.

ITEM #4: Discussion by Aaron Sanders regarding the use of Nichols Park for Geocaching. (Outdoor recreational activity at Nichols Park)

ITEM #5: Discuss/Act to allow Kelly Dobson, Valarie Mosco and Eric Randleman to use the City Park and Gazebo for Henryetta Hallmark Christmas Event Saturday, December 2, 2023.

ITEM #6: Discuss/Act to appoint Tyle Wieland to the Henryetta Planning and Zoning Board to fill the unexpired term of David Bullard.

ITEM #7: Discuss/Act to allow Henryetta Chamber of Commerce to host a Monster Mash Block Party on Saturday October 28, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Main Street from 4^th Street to 5^th Street and to have the street blocked from 4:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. 

ITEM #8: Discuss/Act on request from Chamber of Commerce to wave deposit and rental fees for use of Civic Center on October 21^st and 28^th, 2023 in case of incumbent weather.

ITEM #9: Discuss/Act to approve Short Form of Agreement between the City of Henryetta “Owner” and Myers Engineering, Consulting Engineers, Inc. “Engineer” for Nichols Dam Design Project.
