ITEM #1: Discuss/Act on approval of Consent Agenda:

  1. Financial Reports for January, 2024.
  2. Minutes of meeting held in January, 2024.
  3. Claims for the month of January, 2024.

ITEM #2:Discuss/Act on approval of payment to Bank of Oklahoma in the amount of $27,317.64 for 2015 Note Series monthly payment.

ITEM #3: Discuss/Act on approval of payment to AEP/PSO in the amount of $24,172.42.

ITEM #4: Discuss/Act to allow Pastor Jerry Page to use the property behind O’Reilly’s Auto Parts on May 25th through June 2nd, 2024 for the purpose of holding a tent revival.

ITEM #5: Discussion by Brandon McConnell regarding traffic lights at Trudgeon/Main/Hwy 266.

ITEM #6: Discuss/Act to approve request by Nichols Park Restoration Committee to remodel one room in the Caretaker’s House to be used as an office. 

ITEM #7: Discuss/Act to approve request by Nichols Park Restoration Committee for adoption of the three rock bathrooms in the park and the bathroom in the caretaker’s house for refurbishing.

ITEM #8: Discuss/Act to approve request by Josh Craig to use Nichols Park on November 15th, 16th and 17th, 2024 for Disc Golf Tournament.

ITEM #9: Discuss/Act to appoint Josh Craig to the Henryetta Parks, Recreation and Tourism Board for a three (3) year term.

ITEM #10: Discuss/Act on request from Christy Jeffcoat (Chamber of Commerce) for bounce houses and porta johns to be paid from Hotel Motel Tax for three Cruise Knights on April 6th, June 15th and September 28th, 2024. (Total Cost Porta Johns $544.38 and Bounce Houses $1,200.00).

ITEM #11: Discuss/Act to approve Henryetta Economic Development Authority’s recommendation to provide up to $160,000.00 to fund the proposed Sanitary Sewer Line Extension Project between the City of Henryetta and Casey’s General Store.

ITEM #12: Discuss/Act to approve request by Genny Mooney (Chamber of Commerce) to set up a Christmas Market on the parking lot on Trudgeon Street.

ITEM #13: Discuss/Act to appoint a Council member for negotiations to the International Association of Fire Fighters (Local 2788) for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Bargaining Agreement.

ITEM #14: Discuss/Act to appoint a Council Member for negotiations to the Henryetta Fraternal Order of Police (Lodge #115) for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Bargaining Agreement.

ITEM #15: Discuss/Act on approval of City Manager’s Report.
