ITEM #3: Discuss/Act on approval of Contractor’s Application for Payment in the amount of $120,101.32 to Quicksilver Utility Contracting, LLC., for 4^th Street Booster Pump Station.

ITEM #4: Discuss/Act on approval to purchase auto read meters from Core & Main in the amount of $49,851.00. (To be paid from REAP Grant)

ITEM #5:  Discuss/Act on approval of Change Order No. 1 from Quicksilver Utility Contracting, LLC., for 4^th Street Booster Pump Station for an extension of 60 days.
