ITEM #21: Discuss/Act on approval of Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) by and between Rent.Fun, LLC, (“Operator”) and City of Henryetta (“Land Owner”).

ITEM #22: Discuss/Act on the following actions approved by Henryetta Park, Recreation & Tourism Board’s recommendation to allow Nicholas Nash to use the South Side of Nichols Park for a Disc Golf Tournament on August 31, 2024.

ITEM #23: Discuss/Act on the following actions approved by Henryetta Park, Recreation & Tourism Boards recommendation to allow the Main Street Tennis Court Pavilion be named in honor of Coach Mike Kennedy.
