ITEM #2: Discuss/Act on approval of payment to Bank of Oklahoma in the amount of $40,023.88 for 2015 Note Series monthly payment.

ITEM #3: Discuss/Act on approval of payment to AEP/PSO in the amount of $32,860.92.

ITEM #4: Discuss/Act on request by Tristen Demmitt to waive deposit and rental fees for use of Civic Center on December 20, 2024 for community wide Christmas dinner.

ITEM #5: Discuss/Act on approval of request from Henryetta Housing Authority Board of Commissioners for a waiver of accrued payments in lieu of taxes in the amount of $9,403.64 for FY 2021, $8,509.66 for FY 2022 and $7,904.61 for FY 2023 for a total of $25,817.91.
