ITEM #1: Discuss/Act to award bid for the Jim Hall Lake Spillway Improvements Project.
ITEM #2:Discuss/Act to proceed with the purchase of a fire Department vehicle at state bid reimbursing the amount of $58,650.00. The funding for this vehiclewill be reimbursed 100% to the City of Henryetta through an Equipment Replacement Grant by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry.
ITEM #3:Discuss/Act to allow the City Manager to spend up to $30,000 to replace a Police vehicle that was totaled a@er being stolen.
