ITEM #1: Discuss/Act on approval of Consent Agenda:

1. Financial Reports for January, 2025.
2. Minutes of meeting held in January, 2025.
3. Claims for the month of January, 2025. 

ITEM #2:Discuss/Act on approval of payment to Bank of Oklahoma in the amount of $40,023.88 for 2015 Note Series monthly payment.

ITEM #3: Discuss/Act on abated property located at 405 N 11^th Street. (Randal Fuller and Jennifer Fuller).

ITEM #4: Discuss/Act to allow First Family Federal Credit Union the use of Main Street for their annual Labor Day Car Show to be held on Saturday August 30, 2025.

ITEM #5:Discuss/Act on request by Pastor Jerry & Diana Page to use the City owned lot located behind the O’Reilly Auto Parts store on West Main Street May 9-20, 2025 and July 29-August 12, 2025 to conduct a tent revival.

ITEM #6: Discuss/Act to approve all Chamber events for 2025 as listed:  Cruise Knights April 26, 2025, June 14, 2025, September 27, 2025 and $700.00 for Bounce House rentals.

ITEM #7: Discuss/Act to approve Monster Mash evening closing Main Street from 3^rd to 6^th Street from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

ITEM #8: Discuss/Act on approving Mistletoe Market at the City owned parking lot at 5^th Street during December 5^th thru the 7^th, 12^th thru the 14^th and 19^th thru the 21^st and to close North 5^th Street from Main to AEB drive through on these dates.

ITEM #9: Discuss/Act on approval of abatement of property located at East Cummings & Frisco Avenue SW Corner (1) OT HENRYETTA LOT 1 BLK W & (2) EASTSIDE HENRYETTA W 50’ BLK F W OF HWY & BEG 50’ E OF NW COR BLK E, E 21.3’ TO W LINE OF HWY SW ALONG HWY TO S LINE BLK F TO POB) owned by Evan Ariel Maczura.
