ITEM #2:    Discuss/Act on approval of payment to AEP/PSO in the amount of $20,248.94.

ITEM #3:    Discuss/Act on approval of payment to Fuelman in the amount of $10,029.11.

ITEM #4:    Discuss/Act on approval of payment to American Exchange Bank in the amount of $9,100.79 for lease/purchase payments.  (Ladder Truck, GMP Fire Truck)

ITEM #5:    Discuss/Act on approval of payment to Emergency Medical Services in the amount of $9,552.28.

ITEM #6:    Discuss/Act on approval of payment to Henryetta Economic Development Authority in the amount of $10,257.59.

ITEM #7:    Discuss/Act on approval of payment to Bank of Oklahoma in the amount of $38,495.13 for 2015 Note Series monthly payment.

ITEM #8:    Discuss/Act on request by Henryetta Economic Development Authority (HEDA) to modify 2019/2020 budget for replacement of bucking chutes at  Nichols Park for Jim Shoulders Living Legends Rodeo Arena.  

ITEM #9:    Discuss/Act on approval of proposal from Joe Goddard Enterprises, LLC to rebuild three (3) storm sirens and modify five (5) radio controllers in the amount of $27,800.00.

ITEM #10:    Discuss/Act on proposal by Stewart Martin Equipment to repair 2014 KUBOTA(M108SHDC) internal motor in the amount of $8,400.00.
ITEM #11:    Discuss/Act on approval of Resolution No.1268 A Resolution Approving The City Of Henryetta, Oklahoma Budget For The Fiscal Year 2019-2020 And Establishing Budget Amendment Authority.

ITEM #12:    Discuss/Act to approve the Liability Protection Plan, Property Protection Plan and Workers’ Compensation Plan with Oklahoma Municipal Assurance Group for Fiscal Year 2019-2020.

ITEM #13:    Discuss/Act on approval of request by Okmulgee County Democratic Party to waive the rental fees for the Civic Center on September 2, 2019 for Annual Labor Day Luncheon.

ITEM #14:    Discuss/Act on presentation by Josh Craig to allow the nine (9) hole disc golf course to be made permanent at Nichols Park.

ITEM #15:    Discuss/Act on request by Steve Sanford to hold a small concert Labor Day weekend at Nichols Park.
